I wasn't entirely sure what the hold-up was with the other 0.6%, so contacted Luke on chat to ask. Although TrustDice does not charge a fee for withdrawals, you may pay a blockchain fee depending on the coin or token used. These fees are available under the amount bar before activating the withdrawal.
